Celebrate the summer solstice!

Join us on Saturday 21nd June, 6pm for country dancing and Ox-Roast or BBQ (Vegan/Vegetarian) on the Village Green in Taplow. This peculiarly English slice of rural life will put a smile on your face and by the end of the night you'll be up and dancing with the best of them!

We are a community organisation that raises funds from members and uses the proceeds to fund a bi-annual newsletter/magazine, an annual village garden party and to support community based projects within Taplow and Hitcham.

Village Green Party - Member

We look forward to greeting you and your family at the Village Green Party. The Village Green Party is a not-for-profit event entirely funded by ticket sales and organised by the Hitcham & Taplow Society. It has been running for over 30 years. Your ticket pays for the live music and other costs of the event. Each ticket holder is entitled to a complimentary serving from the Ox-Roast or BBQ (pork sausage, vegan sausage, or beef burger).

Bring something to sit on, something to drink, and any side-dishes that take your fancy.

There will be a raffle in aid of the Thames Valley Adventure Playground.

Beware of the fire, the road, and the hot BBQs. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.
