The Parent Council are delighted to bring back the Christmas Hamper raffle for 2024!  This is always a popular fundraiser, and each year we are blown away by the generosity of families in the school. Please remember to send in donations of any festive items such as chocolates, biscuits, savouries, alcohol, sweet treats, chutneys, tableware and Christmas crackers (remember to check use by dates of food items).  Donations can be sent in with your child, except alcohol items, which should be left by an adult at the school office.  All donations should be sent in by Wednesday 11 December 2024.  The more donations we receive, the more hampers which can be won!  We typically have around 8-10 hampers in the draw, including bespoke hampers built from the donations and luxury hampers donated by businesses.

Thank you for your supporting the Parent Council, and don't forget to buy tickets for the raffle.   Remember the more tickets you buy, the greater your chance of winning!

Updates

This year we have 8 bespoke hampers, built from generous donations from families in the school.  In addition to this, we have received a generous donation of two Luxury House of Bruar hampers!  Good luck everyone!

Inshes Primary School Parent Council

The Parent Council provides a dialogue between parents and the school, and runs regular fundraising events for the school community.  All funds raised are used to improve the experience of children in the school.  Examples of recent funding requests supported by the Parent Council:

  • Transport for sporting events
  • Christmas class gifts
  • Snacks and drinks for Christmas parties
  • Transport for P7 residential trip
  • Adventure Playground Equipment
  • Zones of Regulation emotional wellbeing resource
  • Waterproofs for nursery children
