Story

This term our children are actively fundraising with a 'Race to the North Pole', which will see them compete in their class bubbles to cover a distance of 2,620 miles in a virtual race to reach the North Pole before Christmas! Children are being encouraged to walk, run, cycle, swim, scoot, even space hop,  - working together, both in and out of school, to reach their goal. Everyone who participates will receive a certificate and a medal.

Creating Safe Spaces - Friends of Grundisburgh School

FOGS is an active and supportive parent teacher association who work hard to raise money for our local school through a wide range of different social events.

This year we are focusing our fundraising efforts to raise money towards our ‘Creating Safe Spaces’ Campaign, which aims to support and promote outside learning, by creating shelters and improving natural spaces to allow our children to thrive in the outdoors.

We are very conscious that these times are difficult for all of us – our traditional methods of fundraising have all but been taken away from us, leaving us with limited ways to raise much needed funds for our local children.
