Lynda Thomas’ is shaving her head in aid of Ponthafren!

Lynda says she believes mental health to be a very important subject and her own struggles have led her to choose Ponthafren as her supported charity. She feels that mental health doesn't get enough support in the area and really wants to help.

Ponthafren is a local mental health charity that provides counselling, one-to-one recovery, life-skills courses, plus much more to the local community in Powys.

Lynda will shave off her long black locks in a special Easter event at The Sportsman in Newtown on 8th April 2023, 5pm.
