Fundraiser - Isle of Wight Challenge

Story

In September 2024, my plan is to walk 70 miles in four days with the Desi Ramblers, aiming to raise funds for those in need in the UK.

This year, the Desi Ramblers, collaborating with the Make Every Move Count charity, are lending their support to Trussell Trust food banks and a privately managed food bank in three locations: Watford, Harrow, and Bushey.

Given the prevailing challenging financial circumstances, more individuals are turning to these food banks for support in providing for themselves and their families.

The funds raised by Desi Ramblers will be utilized to either directly contribute to the relevant food banks or purchase specific items that these food banks require.

Several members of the Desi Ramblers are actively engaged with the respective food banks, ensuring that the donations are utilized effectively.
