I am taking part in the Manchester 10K on 26th September, 2021 to raise funds for the Foundation set up in Steven's memory. His tragic and untimely death in May 2018 has left a huge hole in our lives and I believe the work of the Foundation will provide a fitting tribute to him.
The 10K run (walk probably for me!) has been postponed due to Covid from May 2020, an extended training programme for me and Margaret! Walking has not always been my favourite activity, perhaps a slight understatement as the car keys are always handy. The 10K will very much be the proverbial starter for 10!
I am sure Steven will help me along the way, with a smile and hearty laugh, and with your help and sponsorship I aim to raise as much as possible to advance and promote those things closest to his heart.
