The Foxy Ladies is the largest and friendliest female running club in Sussex, full of lovely ladies who not only work to improve their fitness but also work to give back to the community and charities close to our hearts. This year we have chosen Cancer United as one of two charities to fundraise for. The very exciting part is that we are doing this with our very own Foxy 2024 calendar with some smaller events taking place through out the year.  As a club we would be so grateful for your support.

CANCER UNITED - Cancer United

Cancer United is a unique charity offering an integrated support service for all those in the local community whose lives have been affected by cancer. Our aim is to enable all cancer patients to access services designed to help them focus on what they can do and to not be defined by what they can’t.Our ethos is based on supporting cancer recovery through positivity and all of our services are designed with that in mind. Physical activity is the constant at the heart of our service provision and whilst our services are designed and shaped by our beneficiaries, everything we do involves some kind of activity and social interaction. At the heart of our service is our specialised cancer exercise facility the CU Fitter gym. Built in 2015 it is the first of its kind in the UK providing a safe, dedicated space for cancer patients to come and exercise at any stage of their cancer journey.OUTSINGCANCER choir and OUTKICKCANCER walking football CUCanRun running club and OUTSWIMCANCER have now been launched
