Story

We are currently supporting 300+ adults and children who are being housed in hotels across Brighton & Hove and Eastbourne. Many people arrive with nothing. With minimal financial support from the Home Office, they are forced to rely on charities like ours for basic items.

With your kind donations our volunteers are able to provide essentials such as clothing, bags, shoes, toiletries, phones, glasses, bus and train fares for appointments and social activities.

Every donation is greatly appreciated. Join us in welcoming people into our communities and supporting them through this difficult time.

Care4Calais

Care4Calais is a volunteer-run charity delivering essential aid and support to refugees living in the UK, and Northern France. We believe in a fair and tolerant British society and advocate for a welcoming and inclusive attitude towards refugees. Operating year round from Calais, our focus is to provide warm clothing, bedding, food and medical assistance to people in desperate need. We also provide social support and interaction, including language lessons and sports and music workshops. We are on the ground with the refugees every single day and are respectful of their common humanity and responsive to their needs.
