Story

On 2nd October I will be running, skipping and dancing along 42.2km of the prestigious London Marathon 2022 for TOFS (Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula Support).

Just like 1 in 3,500 babies, my partners son was born with TOFS in 2009. Under the exceptional care of the TrevorĀ Mann baby unit in Brighton he received life saving surgery in his first 48 hours of being born. The TOFS community were there for every part of the roller coaster of a journey. This small charity deserves as many pennies as possible to enable them to continue to provide lifelong support for those born unable to swallow.

Supporting

TOFS from TOFS (Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula Support)

TOFS offers support to people born with Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula (TOF) and/or Oesophageal Atresia (OA). These are rare congenital malformaltions of the gullet and windpipe. Immediate neonatal surgery is a treatment, not a complete cure. We are UK-based and receive no public-sector support at all.
