'Oh dear, she's finally lost it.'

Founder & CEO of Include.org, Alix Lewer, is rarely short of things to do. 

Running a small charity (especially in the current climate) and bringing up two young boys doesn't leave a lot of time for thumb-twiddling and she can often be glimpsed zooming around Redhill as she tries to cram everything into the working day. It's time to test whether this has improved her fitness. 

Despite breaking her neck and back in multiple places 13 years ago, she will be running a half marathon, inspired by Include Choir Member Martin - who's advice is to just take it one step at a time. Not only that, but she will be joined by her two wonderful boys - both running the kids races!

❤ From the Include Choirs, to the Stroll and Signs - from the Champions Expert by Experience group to the Supported Volunteering programme - as well as training for health and social care, community groups and businesses,  everything Include does is about Communication, Inclusion and Empowerment - and the mental and physical wellbeing which comes from it.
