Story

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Peoples Fundraising, you can sponsor me in my first ever marathon (virtual) and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities with minimal fees.

I have decided to run for the Charity T.O.F.S as my son was born with this condition. It is a condition where a child is born with an abnormality of their oesophagus and/or trachea and it hasnt formed properly, often causing issues with swallowing, and affects 1 in every 3500 babies. Babies born with TOF need intensive care and corrective surgery normally within a few days of being born and is a very scary time for parents. After this corrective surgery, further surgeries may be required later in life and the child can develop other issues such as gastro-oesophageal reflux, respiritory problems and further swallowing issues.

I am taking the opporunity to raise a bit of money for them so that they can help many more children in the future.

'Peoples Fundraising is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.' I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
