As part of The Haven's "Back To School, Back to Hope" campaign, Claire Banham will be facing her fears by challenging her fear of heights.

Please encourage Claire as she jumps off the side of the Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium (under supervision!) by donating what you can to The Haven, to enable our work to support young people's mental health. Your donation is so appreciated.

The Haven - a safe space for young people dealing with stress and anxiety.

The Haven provides support for young people, with the aim of reducing the life-limiting effects of problematic anxiety.

In our local support groups and school courses, we use proven techniques and strategies as well as making space for invaluable peer encouragement.

Help us to raise £100,000 so that we can extend the support of The Haven to young people who need it most, around the UK.

The Haven operates under the governance of the267project (registered charity number 1122830). All money given to The Haven is ring-fenced for use in Haven specific work.
