Abaseen Foundation Baltistan, Hunza & Rakaposhi Base Camp Trek 2022

The group will embark on a trek towards Rakapohsi base camp from Minapin village ( 2000 m) in Nagar valley to grassy meadows of Hapakun (2800m) and then a further steep trail to Rakaposhi base camp, one of the most beautiful peak on the planet. The trek to Rakaposhi base camp is one of the best adventures in the North with spectacular views of Rakaposhi and Diran peaks and moreover the beautiful scenes of Nagar and Hunza valleys. Rakaposhi peak (7788 m) high above sea level located in the Karakoram range, is one of the most beautiful mountain peaks in Karakoram, this beautiful peak can be seen from all directions. Diran peak (7200 m) above sea level in the same Rakaposhi massif and junction of two ice wall and glaciers from Rakaposhi and Diran peaks provides a magnificent view of both peaks and glaciers.

The Abaseen Foundation (AF) is an award winning charitable body dedicated to improving the lives of those who live in one of the poorest and most deprived areas of Pakistan.
