Are you ready to take on a new fitness challenge? Can you run/ walk/ cycle or swim (or anything you like!) 27 miles in 27 days to raise funds for our vital mental health support work.
This is a fantastic way to do something amazing for people experiencing mental health difficulties and also a chance to do something amazing for yourself as well!
We will support you through every mile and you can do your challenge however you like! Do a mile a day or plan one or two longer sessions! You can do it on a treadmill, exercise bike, swimming pool or get outside and enjoy the fresh air! Get your family/ friends involved and doing your challenge with you for extra motivation.
Your support can make a real difference to the lives of people experiencing mental health difficulties. Here is just one example of how our work makes such a positive difference,
“Since gaining a small allotment at ‘Life at No.27’ my mental health and general wellbeing has never been so good. The opportunity to work with a piece of land and turn it into a sustainable food source has been fantastic. I have planted and sowed seeds and week by week watched them turn into a full meal for my family and I.
