About

Yoga & New Moon workshop (all levels welcome)

02 January 2023

2pm - 4pm

Tickets cost £15 with all proceeds going towards East Linton Primary School.

The Main Hall at East Linton Community Hall

On January 2nd, we are blessed with the new moon 🌙 & this is the most fruitful time to set intentions.

Join Stephanie from I am Stephanie Sunshine for an uplifting afternoon to nourish your body, mind & soul.

The class will start with a slow flow yoga class designed to honour the new moon, your body, and get your creativity flowing.

Next enjoy a guided meditation, helping you to visualise your goals and hopes and creating long term visions to keep you inspired and motivated.

The class will close with journaling our thoughts & you will also be guided with some prompts.

This isn’t necessarily about doing more, but could be about doing less. It’s about unearthing the gold of your inner light, your inner purpose, and harvesting your vision.

You can expect:

  • Yoga
  • Breathwork
  • Meditation
  • Journaling prompts

Bring a yoga mat, water, journal & pen

You will be given the time & space to remember that you are the map maker, the navigator, and the explorer of your own life!

Supporting

East Linton Primary Parent Council

East Linton Parent Council is made up of a small group of parents including representatives from each year group. We meet every 6 weeks to discuss important matters relating to school progress and to be the voice of the parents and carers. In addition the parent council are responsible for fundraising so that we can make sure the pupils are getting access to everything they need such as additional workshops, materials, trips, playground equipment etc. For example the Parent Council help pay for Christmas parties, playground renovations, Jubilee gifts, new books and lots more. The support of the school parents and carers really helps and we are very grateful for any help given.
