The Taith Dros Gymru is back, and we'd love you to be involved!
Help unite our kidney community throughout 2021 by taking on a 531 mile tour of Wales virtually visiting each of the 18 dialysis units across the country.
You can walk, jog or cycle the distance and you have a full year to complete the challenge. That is 1.5 miles a day, 5,000 steps each day across the year. If you would prefer, you can team up with family members, friends or colleagues to achieve the distance as a group.
The cost to enter is £20 per person, your entry fee will include a digital Kidney Wales fundraising pack and a bespoke Taith dros Gymru medal to celebrate your incredible achievements upon completion of the challenge.
The challenge will begin on the 1st of January 2023 and will end 31 December 2023.
