I am talking part in the Mandir Walkathon to raise funds for the new Mandir.

When: 19th August

What time: 9 AM - 1 PM

Who can participate: Open to All

Routes:

3 KM - Mandir to Jephson Gardens and back

5 KM - Mandir to Victoria Park and back

10 KM - Mandir to St Nicholas Park and back

Hindu Mandir (Temple) providing a place of worship for Hindus in Leamington Spa and Warwick. Mandir keeps the community together by celebrating most Indian and Hindu festivals in addition to daily worship organised by resident Shastri Ji. Our celebrations are very popular amongst not just the Indian community but also local community living in Leamington, Warwick, and nearby towns. Mandir plays a very important role in keeping the community together from all parts of India and all backgrounds. Cultural festivals celebrated by Mandir play a crucial role of passing on the culture to younger generation. Now lots of companies in and around Leamington have employees coming from India in large numbers. Our Mandir provides them first point of contact for connecting with locals in Leamington. Mandir provides such a welcoming environment to everybody coming in that people feel instantly connected and at home
