Come and join us for a colour fun run around Gordon Park in Ellon.
This is an all inclusive event, whether you want to walk, skip, hop, wheel around (wheelchair friendly), we invite all the family and friends to come and participate.
The amount of laps completed around the park is at each participants preference, as long as you are having fun, there is a medal for everyone.
There will be obstacles, water and colour - please note this is a messy fun run.
The run will start at 10.30am, registration open from 9.45am. All runners to be finished by 12pm.
Refreshments being served in Ellon Primary School during and after the run - donations basis.
Eye protection is not provide, please provide your own if required. We do have colour glasses available to buy on online or on the day.
Please note clothing will be stained, ideally old clothing to be worn. Light or white will show the best colours.
DISCLAIMER:
The colour run is a potentially hazardous activity where coloured powder will be thrown at and around participants. The parent Council have done everything possible to ensure the powders are the safest available but suitability for the children to take part in the event must be assessed by parent/ guardian.
As it is a physically demanding activity, there is a risk of injury. The parent Council do not conduct health and fitness checks on entrants. If there are any concerns re allergies or health conditions that may be effected by coloured powder or physical activity, parents/ guardians must consult a doctor on behalf of the child before participating in the event.
It is recommended to wear eye protection. Sunglasses and prescription eyewear are not eye protection.
Participants and observers attend at own risk.
