Please join us for our Easter Fair Eggstravaganza on Saturday 29th March 2025 at Old Basing Infant School. The Easter Fair is always a very popular event, so to maximise ticket availability we are running 2 sessions again this year, 1:00pm to 2:30pm and 3:00pm to 4:30pm. We have planned a fun and creative family event with Easter themed activities and stalls - and maybe a visit from the Easter Bunny again!
The cost is £5.00 per child, and includes:
- Entry into an Easter trail around the school grounds (with an Easter treat for all finishers*)
- Five Easter themed craft activities
- Younger siblings are welcome to attend the event but will need to buy a ticket if they are participating in any of the activities.
*Alternative prizes are available - please fill in the dietary requirements section when you purchase your ticket.
The ticket will include a drink of squash for each child, and there will also be tea / coffee / hot chocolate and cakes on sale at the school for thirsty adults. We will have a card machine available at the refreshment stall, but cash is always welcome and it will be cash only on the other stalls.
...On that note, any donations of cakes (home baked or bought) will be gratefully received - please drop off to the Infant School office on Friday 28th March. (If you’re home-baking, please include a list of ingredients so that we know what dietary requirements they are suitable for.)
There will also be some other Easter themed stalls and Second-Hand Uniform for sale. Items available will be cardigans/jumpers for both schools (£2 each), as well as summer dresses and uniform shorts (£1).
Book early to secure your tickets – they will be on sale from 9am on Monday 3rd March until 8pm on Wednesday 19th March.
Tickets are limited to 100 places per session. Please select ONE of the two sessions available and purchase a ticket for any children participating in the activities. If it appears that there are duplicated orders for the same child across both sessions, one order will be cancelled. Note adults do not require a ticket.
Please ensure you answer the questions after purchasing the ticket to provide your child's name and any dietary requirements or special diets so we can ensure your child is catered for in our food craft.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you buy a ticket and pass it on to someone else in the event you are unable to use it, please email the name change and any allergy details to friendsofoldbasingschools@gmail.com
You will be sent an email as confirmation of your purchase, please check your junk mail folders if you don’t receive it.
Please note that tickets will not be available to purchase on the door for this event and tickets should only be purchased for children who attend Old Basing Infants and St Mary’s Junior school, and their siblings.
