The BIGKID Cook Off is back—bigger and better than ever!
Join us at this year’s event as we bring together our talented young people for a culinary showdown like no other. Hosted by our friends at Livelyhood Pubs, the evening promises an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of Elephant & Castle at The Rosy Hue on Thursday October 30th from 6pm.
Prepare your palate for a mouth-watering 3-course meal, expertly prepped by a group of our young people alongside chef Nick Carter, showcasing their creativity and teamwork. Not only will you enjoy each delicious bite, but you'll also play the role of food critic, casting your vote to crown this year's Cook Off champion dish! To keep things flowing smoothly on the night, the menu is set. If you need an allergen friendly option, we’ll be happy to accommodate, please let us know when prompted at point of purchase.
Be sure to arrive early to meet our dedicated long-term ambassador, the renowned Michel Roux Jr, 2 Michelin-starred chef, who will help host this unforgettable evening.

This year, we’re proud to be celebrating 17 years of empowering young people—from kicking a football around with 15 young people to working with over 2,500 annually - the need for our support has never been greater.
All money raised from this year’s Cook Off will go directly towards supporting our vital youth club provision. Our youth club offers more than just a safe space, it provides trusted relationships, mentorship and a real sense of belonging. In recent years, we’ve seen a growing number of young people struggle with their mental health. Our staff are often the first trusted adults young people turn to. With your support, we can continue to be there when they need us most.
