Bridge for Young People, provides a home and support to young people (aged 16-25) who are leaving care or who are homeless.

Our residents have typically experienced varying challenges during their childhood. We provide them with a stable home, emotional support and practical help during this crucial time as they move into independence. 2025 sees the opening of Wessex House, where Bridge For Young People will be able to support a further 6 young people in the beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian house, as well as having 7 attached flatlets to provide a new level of support.
