🎉 It's our first ever fundraising quiz! 🎉

Go head-to-head with the rest of the town to win a fabulous prize, and the enduring respect of your family and friends! Oh, and you'll be helping your local museum to thrive while you're at it! The money raised will help us develop a handling collection that can be loaned out to schools, care homes, and other community groups, and set up a brand new display!

Our friends from the Billericay Brewery will be serving beers and wines throughout the night - your first drink is on us! You can also be the first to sample the new Cater Museum X Billericay Brewery beer, Double Vision (inspired by our famous two-headed lamb!)

Tickets are £15 and include a donation to the museum, snacks (although you’re also free to bring your own), and an entry into our raffle! What more could you want?! · Free drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) on entry! · Teams of up to six (if you’re flying solo or in a small team and want a bigger team we can play matchmaker!) · Air Conditioned Room❄️ · Ages 18+

Cater Museum

The Cater Museum is a small museum in Billericay, Essex located in the middle of the High Street at number 74 and dedicated to the history of the town and its community. The museum, a registered charity, lies within a Grade II listed, 18th Century, red-brick-fronted building. The museum stores numerous local artefacts over three floors including information on local families and buildings and was established by Alice May Cater, the Chair of the Billericay Branch of the CPRE (Council for Protection of Rural England) in honour of her late husband William Alexander Cater who was a local antiquarian
