The Friends of St Uny Academy are very excited to invite you to Colour Run 2022! Be prepared to get wet and colourful in celebration of our school community.

Please ensure you read the information thoroughly before purchasing tickets.

  1. Please arrive promptly so we can sign you in and issue you with your participant wristbands.
  2. All children must be supervised during this event. Spectating is free.
  3. At the event we will be having a professional photographer and there will also be filming. If you do NOT wish to be included in photos we will issue you with a different coloured wristband.
  4. On the day it is a non-school uniform day. Any pupils participating in the event we recommend they wear their colour run clothing. White tshirts look the best as they pick up all colours.
  5. Any clothes worn may become stained even after washing so please do not wear your best clothing or shoes. We cannot take any responsibility for stained clothing or personal belongings. 
  6. We recommend you wear sunglasses or goggles to protect your eyes from the powder. If it does get into your eyes wash it out immediately at the first aid station.
  7. The powder should not cause harm to participants however we recommend that you do not take part if you have a respiratory, skin or medical condition that could be affected. If in any doubt please consult your GP prior to buying a ticket.
  8. If you are driving home from the venue we recommend that you bring towels to cover your car seats and any wipes you may need. There will be no access to the school building. Outside toilets will be available.

Friends of St Uny Academy (FOSUA) is an organisation run by parents and supported by staff, relatives and other members of the local community. Its role is to encourage closer links between home and school, fundraising work, but it also has a useful social function. Fundraising events provide an opportunity for parents, staff and pupils to get together and achieve great things while having lots of fun.
