About

Donate to support our free employment and immigration advice clinics

Good legal advice has the power to change lives, but it can be expensive.

Our advice is always free, unbiased and confidential. Our dedicated team of advisers and solicitors help our clients to challenge in-work exploitation, secure their immigration status, and access employment when they're ready.

We exist to help the people who are most vulnerable to exploitation or destitution: migrant workers and British workers facing financial or social disadvantages. We’re proud to offer our support in seven languages.

There is no government-funded legal aid available for this work, so we are entirely funded by grants and donations. It’s taken years for our legal team to develop their expertise to be able to give trustworthy and life-changing advice to our clients.

Please donate to help us empower our clients to fight for what is rightfully theirs.

If you know someone who needs help, get in touch on our website or call us on 03004000100

Work Rights Centre

The Work Rights Centre is a registered charity (No. 1165419) dedicated to ending in-work poverty by helping workers exit precarious work: poorly paid, unprotected, and insecure employment. Our team of volunteers provides free and confidential information in a variety of European languages and can help you understand your employment status, access your employment rights, and improve your employability.
