About

A charity inspired by 15-year-old Mikayla Beames Fighting brain cancer since the age of 4, Mikayla expressed to her mum she would like to help other children with cancer, and from this in September 2014 Team Mikayla was born. Team Mikayla raises funds to grant wishes to children diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia, and receiving treatment at the John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford and Leicester Royal Infirmary. These wishes include gifts for the brave child and/or fun for the whole family.
