Join me for a festive 45 minute fitness class at Reigate Hill in aid of a fantastic local charity . All proceeds from the class go to Ryan Neuro Therapy which has been a fantastic support to a fit clubber's mum. The Ryan Neuro Therapy Centre is a small, self-funded charity offering physiotherapy, tailored exercise programmes, and occupational therapy for people living with neurological conditions.
