ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION "GARBAGE PIKE"

The topic of climate change and the protection of nature is becoming one of the main topics on the agenda. And we want to help the ecosystem of Lake Shchuchye  (North Kazakhstan) free from garbage. We will hold an open action on cleaning the territory for festival participants and local residents. All volunteers will receive commemorative badges from recycled plastic.

What do we need?

  • 300 GBP to buy the masks, gloves, bags and other equipment for our volunteers;
  • 3,500 GBP to deliver the picked garbage to the landfill;
  • 750 GBP to make pay for the production of commemorative badges for the participants of the action from recycled plastic.

So we need 4,550 GBP in total to make this world a little bit more clean.

Тема климатических изменений и защиты природы становится одной из основных на повестке дня. И мы хотим помочь экосистеме озера Щучье (северный Казахстан) освободиться от мусора. Мы проведем открытую акцию по уборке территории для участников фестиваля и местных жителей. Все волонтеры получат памятные значки из переработанного пластика.

The Eurasian Creative Guild (London) was founded in 2015 as a platform uniting creative people from all corners of Eurasia! In 2021 we opened our own Creative Residency “ECG HORIZONS” in Burabay National Park, Kazakhstan and it is very important for us to grow and develop. The ECG Horizons is a unique space for writers, artists, musicians, filmmakers and other creative people. It includes a showroom and a co-working area, a library, a music corner and an art gallery. So anyone who wants to share their work with colleagues and audiences can use this space as a platform. Our main idea is to create a perfect space for artistic and cultural experimentation with deep cross integration of all fields of art.
