Every week the clinic runs a pioneering programme to support babies who have lost their mothers during or shortly after childbirth by providing baby milk and education to family members. The cost of providing the formula for between 30 to 45 babies can be between £200 and £250 each week. This programme allows these babies to stay with their extended families, who are already grieving the loss of a mother, sister or daughter............. We also provide donated clothes for the baies, older children and family members. Each week it is a struggle to both fund and source milk and some weeks we have to turn carers away..................

Updates

We now have 2 ways of helping support our motherless babies.   Any one off or regular donations into the milk fund are always appreciated but you can now also sponsor an individual baby through those fragile first 12 months of life, with regular £30 monthly donations.
