About

For businesses we are asking for a minimum donation of £200, for that, you will get:

  1. A brick on the sponsors wall with your business logo and name. Obviously this will be there for the life of the hall and give a great indication of businesses willing to stand by their local communities. The design will be pressed into the brick (it's not a colour print on to the surface).
  2. We'll also give you a free advertisement for a year on our new hall website when it goes live once the hall is open.
  3. On top of that we'll also give free advertising space in a new pamphlet we are producing for new families to the village, this introduces clubs, societies, and facilities within the village and can act as a pointer to local businesses to meet their needs.

We will be in touch to get your brick design details and advertisement content. Closing date for brick sponsorship is 30th August 2021 but we will gladly receive donations after this date which will still qualify for free website advertisement.

Equipment for Marston Montgomery New Village Hall - Marston Montgomery Coronation Hall

We're having a brand new hall built which will be twice the size of our old hall. This will open up potential new uses and users. We'd like your help to allow us to appeal to the widest group of users and we'd like to do the following:

1. Equip the main hall with a built in audio/video facility including a large motorised screen, a permanently mounted projector, along with an audio system coupled with a hearing loop for the hard of hearing. We'd also like to fit a wall mounted display monitor in the meeting room for presentations to smaller groups. (We already have a very generous donation from the Arts Society film club towards this equipment but we need to at least match that figure to afford this new equipment.)

2. Provide a modular staging system that can be erected as and when it is needed. This will allow our primary school to put on performances when they desire. It can be used for wedding head tables or party DJ equipment or for presentations at public or club meetings etc.

3. As the hall is bigger we will need more tables and chairs, in fact it would be great to get better, new chairs to replace our old ones.

4. Minimise our impact on the environment and our running costs by installing renewables.
