Donald was once the captain of the Oxford University rowing team during the mid-80s. His leadership skills were tested during a controversial battle for control, which was later documented in a book and adapted into a film titled "True Blue." Donald has since shared his experience with various groups, including investment banks, City law firms, schools, and even the prison service. His talks focus on leadership and overcoming adversity to achieve success. Additionally, he uses these opportunities to help raise funds for talented young people to excel in education.

Meet Jonny: A Passionate Rower & Artist

Jonny is a lifelong rowing enthusiast who first discovered trophy oars while still in school. While originally based near the Yarra River in Melbourne, he recently moved to London after spending a decade in Hong Kong. Fortunately for us, Jonny's reputation as a well-known rower and all round great (but mad guy) at Twickenham Rowing Club precedes him.
