About

Our Furapy Friends are more than just a cuddly companion - they're designed to bring comfort, reassurance and hope. 

Each Furapy Friend has its own special purpose, whether it's helping with sleep, easing anxiety, encouraging confidence, providing comfort through grief, or simply reminding someone that they're loved. Every Furapy Friend comes with its own personalised certificate explaining its unique role and the care it represents. For each theme a Friend is there to support with, you will find a range of additional links and resources on our website that you can access.  

To rehome a Friend or gift on a Friend to a child who needs one there are 2 options:

1. You can help us in our aim to provide consistent, ongoing local therapy services by becoming an ongoing donator to our service and sign up within our Bee Community Minded membership area. All regular donators will receive, or have the option to gift on a Furapy Friend.

2. You can receive or gift on a Furapy Friend by making a one off set donation to our service in the shop below.  

Donations are £20 + £4.50 post and packing costs.

    Every Furapy Friend rehomed will directly support Bee Community Minded, as the proceeds fund our therapy programmes, making professional support more accessible for children, parents and carers who may otherwise struggle to access the help they need.     Bee Community Minded

    Eden House Community Links C.I.C was developed in 2021 in response to a significant unmet need, with a shared desire to provide low-cost or no-cost therapeutic services to those in need of support. Between 2021-2023, we were fortunate enough to receive funding from The National Lottery, Persimmon Homes, South Yorkshire Police and the Crime Commissioner, Screwfix, and other generous projects and individuals. We remain committed to expanding our not-for-profit services. In 2025/26, we will build on the success of our service, diversify our team of Directors and volunteers, launch our 'Bee Community Minded' (BCM) project/s. BCM will continue working with local partners to address the unmet needs in our community, with the vision to deliver high-quality and accessible therapeutic and wellbeing services and resources.
