About Us

Established in the 1980s as a local community health project, and as a charity in 1995, today Waterloo Community Counselling (WCC) is well placed to deliver life-changing counselling and mental health support to individuals across London. Last year we provided over 7,500 hours of high quality, individual counselling to 695 people.


We are one of only a handful of counselling services offering long-term talking therapy at reduced fees. We reach adults from diverse backgrounds who have experienced loss, trauma and abuse, and are struggling with anxiety, depression and other difficulties.

Our unique Multilingual Counselling Service provides free mother-tongue counselling to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers who have survived exile, torture, human trafficking and modern slavery in over 23 different languages.

A Week's Stay on the Isle of Wight

Waterloo Community Counselling are thrilled to offer you the chance to win a 7-night stay at the stunning Seaviews in Ryde - a newly refurbished, pet-friendly holiday home just minutes from the beach on the Isle of Wight.

This incredible prize has been generously donated by Susan Jones, WCC’s very own Finance Manager and the owner of the property.

Prize Details:

One winner will receive a 7-night stay at Seaviews in Ryde.

Booking is subject to availability and excludes peak holiday periods.

Bed linen, bathroom towels (not beach towels), and cleaning service are included.

The winner will need to pay their own travel costs and the Isle of Wight truly is an island so you’ll need to book a car or passenger ferry from Southampton or Portsmouth. However, included is a 15% discount on ferry travel via Wightlink or Red Funnel.
