Dads Rock is a Scottish charity built on the belief that children thrive when dads thrive. Our charitable objective is to equip fathers and male carers with the confidence, practical skills, and support they need to be fully engaged parents, creating better outcomes for the whole family. We deliver entirely free support through one-to-one mentoring, online peer support, dad groups, parenting workshops, family trips, and our specialist Young Dads project, which has been running since 2015. Services operate across Edinburgh, Glasgow, North Ayrshire, and Tayside, and we welcome all dads regardless of background, nationality, or family structure.
