Cambridge Half Marathon, Sunday 3rd March, 2024
Hi I’m Zoe,
I studied cancer at uni and work for an organisation that supports the testing of patient samples for cancer clinical trials.
Clinical trials are required to provide evidence that new treatments are effective help ensure patients are reciving the most appropriate treatment.
I am delighted to be running for “Something To Look Forward To” - it is a wonderful charity that provides some amazing gifts to people affected by cancer.
I’m fairly new to running, having completed one half marathon previously. My place at the Cambridge half is a last minute one but I’ll be pushing myself to shave 6 minutes off that time!
