On the 23rd of October 2025, our Vodafone Sales Team will be lacing up our walking shoes for a Canal Ramble to raise funds for SLC6A1 Connect UK – a cause very close to our hearts.
SLC6A1 is a rare genetic condition that causes epilepsy, developmental delays, and other challenges - with autism also being linked to the condition. Right now, there’s no cure, but with more awareness, research, and funding, there’s real hope for children and families affected.
One of our colleagues’ children lives with SLC6A1, so this is personal for our team. We’re coming together outside of work to take on this challenge, raise awareness, and help fund vital treatment and research.
