These two amazing girls are taking on a sponsored walk across the Humber Bridge on 18th August to raise money for the children living in refuge at Women’s Aid NEL 💜

As part of their Lifestyle Challenge, they’ve called themselves The Women’s Aid Freedom Fighters and they’ve set their sights on raising enough money to buy two iPads and cases for children who’ve had to leave everything behind.

They realised how much schoolwork now depends on having access to a device, and believe that no child should be held back just because they had to flee home. They’re walking to help make sure every child in refuge has the tools they need to learn, connect and thrive.
