Fundraiser - TOFS London Marathon 2024

Story

I was fortunate enough to gain a Good For Age place for this year’s London Marathon in November. Whilst training hard to try to achieve a personal best time, I see this as a fantastic opportunity to help other people by raising as much money as I can for TOFS, an extraordinary charity that has done so much to support my 2-year-old nephew, Jacob, and his parents.

TOFS - TOFS (Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula Support)

TOFS offers support to people born with Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula (TOF) and/or Oesophageal Atresia (OA). These are rare congenital malformaltions of the gullet and windpipe. Immediate neonatal surgery is a treatment, not a complete cure. We are UK-based and receive no public-sector support at all.
