Some of the Progression Team will be walking part of the Across Wales Walk on the 24th June 2023 to raise money for Ponthafren Mental Health Charity.
We will be covering a range of distance between 6-19 miles.
We hope you will consider sponsoring the team and helping us to raise funds for this fantastic local charity and the amazing work they do in our local community.
The countdown is on and the Team are busy training for the big day!
We have had members out on the Coastal Path, walking to the Fairy Glen in Snowdonia and as far afield as Leicestershire!

Ponthafren is a registered charity, offering services to people who experience mental health issues, those who may be socially isolated or excluded, or those who may just wish to make new friends or gain new skills.
