Ormiston Primary School Colour Run 2026

Story

Join us for an exciting, sponsored colour fun run to raise money for resources for each class at Ormiston Primary School and nursery.

Race through our Ormiston Park course, completing as many laps within 20 minutes as you can while dodging bursts of colour from your friends and family!

Where: Ormiston Park

When: 8th May 1-2:30pm

Separate runs for:

Nursery - P1

P2 - P4

P5 - P7

Grown-ups!

Warning: you will get covered in colour, so wear old clothes you don't mind getting messy. Coloured power is made from non-toxic corn flour.

Every participant gets a prize, drink and sweetie.

We will be selling coloured powder on the day for £1 per bag, so come along, with some spare change and cover the runners in colour!

Ormiston Primary School Parent Council

Our Parent Council is made up of a group of parents and other community members who regularly meet with the Headteacher and staff of the school to discuss how to improve the school for our children. The role of the Parent Council is to represent the views of parents & carers to the school, local authority, and education authority. We also organise fundraising events which helps to buy items for the school that can be used by every child.
