Fundraiser - Luke is doing the big sleep out

Story

Luke is sleeping out for the Shrewsbury Ark

Luke is joining Julia Buckley MP and others for the Big Shropshire Sleep Out, spending the night outside to raise money for the Shrewsbury Ark.

On Saturday 10th October he'll be swapping his bed for a sleeping bag and spending the night outdoors at the Ark.

It’s just one night, but for people experiencing homelessness, there is no certainty of a warm bed the following morning.

The Shrewsbury Ark provides a safe place for people facing homelessness, hardship or isolation, with food, showers, laundry facilities and, most importantly, practical one-to-one support to help people move towards a more secure future.

Please support Luke if you can. Every donation, large or small, will help the Ark continue to be there for people who need it.

Thank you for your support.

Supporting

The Ark

The Shrewsbury Ark helps people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We provide hot meals, showers, laundry, clothing and a safe place to go during the day. Just as importantly, we offer practical support to help people find housing, access services and start rebuilding their lives.
