Jacks Story 💙

”Our beautiful son Jack is 8 months old and has a rare heart condition called CPVT. This affects the rhythm of his heart and can cause sudden cardiac arrest.

Because Jack is still so young he cannot tell us if he is unwell or something wrong with his heart.

We are raising money to make sure Jack has access to immediate life saving treatment if he needs it. Having one close by can make all the difference.
