Story

I am raising money for the charity 'Something To Look Forward To' in memory of my friend Amanda who passed last year with secondary breast cancer and my ex-husband who passed away from lung cancer last year.

My daughter also went through treatment for breast cancer and so many others around me have been impacted by this disease.

I want to raise funds for 'Something To Look Forward To' as I feel cancer impacts the patient and their families in so many ways especially financially therefore it would be great for them be given a break / a gift with little or no cost.

Due to Covid so many people missed out so it’s really good to see that people can finally benefit from the organisation again.

During the month of March I will be walking 300,000 steps!

I am working on changing my relationship with alcohol and this challenge will be my incentive. Raising vital funds for this cancer charity in memory of my loved ones who have both passed and survived will help push me forward and make this change. I am ready for this challenge and hope I can have a healthier relationship with alcohol while raising funds for this important charity at the same time. I appreciate every donation that is made.

Thanks,

Evie x
