Please donate so we can provide our Wimbledon hotel residents with a lovely Easter egg each. Asylum seekers have to live off £8.86 a week so we like to provide them with a nice seasonal treat, especially the children. Each large egg is £4 - please buy as many as you want! We will be giving them out on 4th April as we're closed for Easter.

We gave out the Easter eggs today. They were very popular - everyone took one! And the children were all over them. Thank you to everyone who donated and collected : )

Care4Calais is a volunteer-run charity delivering essential aid and support to refugees living in the UK, and Northern France. We believe in a fair and tolerant British society and advocate for a welcoming and inclusive attitude towards refugees. Operating year round from Calais, our focus is to provide warm clothing, bedding, food and medical assistance to people in desperate need. We also provide social support and interaction, including language lessons and sports and music workshops. We are on the ground with the refugees every single day and are respectful of their common humanity and responsive to their needs.
