I’m embarking on the series of challenges to raise money and awareness for Tango 2, a rare metabolic disease that only affects a handful of children worldwide.
Phoebe and her family are good friends of ours. Phoebe is a smiley, happy and adventurous little girl, who happens to have Tango2. Recent evidence has shown how effective B vitamins can be for these children, but much more research is needed to find more affective and long-lasting treatments. There is currently no cure for the disease but research is underway to understand more about the disease and allow it to be treated more effectively.
The least I can do is swim, cycle and run a few miles. Thank you for supporting me and helping me to raise these vital funds.
On 2nd June, Tim (Phoebe's Dad) and I will be taking part in the Blenheim Palace Triathlon
On 21st June, I will be taking part in my biggest challenge to date, an endurance cycling challenge, chasing the sun from sunrise in Minster, Kent to sunset in Burnham on Sea, Somerset. 205 miles in total in what will be a very long day.
If you are able, please do consider sponsoring and helping to raise plenty of funds for Phoebe and other children living with this disease.
Thank you all ♥️
