Fundraiser - Bobby Cycles Coast-to-Coast For Ponthafren

Story

Next month I will be attempting to cycle from Southend-on-Sea to Aberystwyth to raise money for Ponthafren, a Welshpool and Newtown-based mental health charity.

Starting by the mouth of the Thames at Shoebury East Beach, I will stop in London, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, and Welshpool, before finishing on the Welsh coast in Aberystwyth.

It should be a little over 320 miles, across five days from 18-22 March.

Ponthafren is an incredible local charity providing counselling, one-to-one recovery, and a variety of courses and outreach services. I would be really grateful if you could consider donating.
