Molecular Epidemiology and Public Health (MEPH) Fundraiser 2022

The QUB MEPH group is raising money for the NI Kidney Research Fund (NIKRF) - who are celebrating their 50th year in 2022.

The group will partake in a 10K sponsored walk from QUB Boat House to Giant's Ring (and back) on the 14th May 2022.

Some members of the group are also taking part in a 100K in May challenge, to walk, run, cycle or skip 100K in the month of May. 

Any donations made are massively appreciated and will go to support the wonderful work of NIKRF!

The Northern Ireland Kidney Research Fund supports a wide variety of research projects at Belfast City Hospital and Queen's University that explore why persons develop kidney failure and assess the best forms of treatment for these kidney conditions.Our aim is also to promote the National Organ Donor Register, anyone can register to join visit www.organdonation.nhs.uk or call 0300 123 23 23 or text SAVE to 84118.The NIKRF depends on individuals and small groups of volunteers to raise funds to support the work of the charity, we have no salaried staff therefore virtually all the money raised is used to support NIKRF's aims.
