Include.org is delighted to be one of the official charity partners at Run Reigate 2022!
We have a stall in the event village, The Include Choir will perform, and together with our team of runners we all raise awareness of inclusivity.
We need to fundraise £4000.00 from this community event to help ensure Include.org can continue to deliver vital services and reach more people.
Founded by Alix Lewer, a speech and language therapist, Include.org unites people with and without disabilities by:
1) empowering people who have Speech, Language and Communication Needs to self-advocate and take on positions of responsibility
2) raising awareness of inclusive communication; what it is and what people can do
3) training the community and enhancing communication skills across the social and health care sectors.
The focus is on post-16 / adults with learning disabilities and autism, support workers and the wider community, with everyone learning to be more inclusive communicators.
Please help us continue to build and grow, breaking down barriers for people with communication needs in the local community and beyond.
