Born from lived experience, Always a Mum was created to ensure that women and families have access to the support, hope and community that can make such a difference during some of life's hardest moments.

As part of this, we launched The Waiting Room in 2021 - our virtual support community offering a safe space for connection, encouragement and shared understanding. Since then, we have supported hundreds of women and families, hosted 50 events on infertility, baby loss and maternal well being, built a compassionate community across the UK and beyond, and created spaces where people feel heard, supported and connected.
