This screening of The People’s Emergency Briefing offers a clear picture of the climate pressures already affecting UK communities — from extreme weather to rising local vulnerabilities. The film is designed to spark constructive conversation, helping people think together about resilience, fairness, and practical steps. It’s an important moment for building shared understanding and strengthening community confidence in the face of change.

Entry to the screening is free of charge. We would, however, encourage you to register so that we have an idea of numbers.

As we said, the screening is free and the organisers are volunteers. However if you feel able to help cover the cost of venue hire, we would be really grateful for a small donation on the night. Any surplus, after costs are met, will be donated to Kent Wildlife Trust.
