About

Prendergast Primary PTA are putting on a fun run for all the kids, to help raise money for the school. 

Date: Sunday March 22 2026

Location: Alex Yee Ladywell Arena, Ladywell Fields.

Time: 1.30 - 3.30 - runs starts at 2pm

Join us and run around the athletics track at Ladywell arena. Main race is 2km (5 laps) or you can do a shorter 1.2 km (3 laps) distance.

Please register per child participating and donate the £3 entry per child  if you can.

Parents and carers don't need to register and can accompany their child running if needed. There will also be a short parents race but no registration required for this! 

There will be music and the day and lots of cheering to help the kids on their way.

Prendergast Primary PTA

Prendergast Primary PTA are a group of parent volunteers, teachers and school staff who support pupils to help enrich their school-life experience.  We raise funds for important projects, equipment and learning needs and provide a welcoming support network for our school community.  We work together to create inclusive, fun, memorable experiences and events.  The funds we raise help us to fill our wonderful library and classroom book corners with a range of diverse and engaging books, purchase musical instruments, sports and classroom equipment, fund school trips for all year groups and hold activities and social events such as our Summer and Christmas fairs, quiz and bingo nights.  Our fundraising along with your donations (thank you!) helps us to continue to support our fantastic school.
